Crafted for those aiming to reach the next level, this program combines running, lifting, and swimming into a comprehensive training experience. You’ll follow a structured plan that integrates progressive running techniques, targeted lifting and gymnastics movements, and strategic swimming sessions. The program is organized into two training sessions per day, four days a week, one training session one day of the week, with two rest days to ensure proper recovery.
