MISSION STATEMENT
OUR GOAL IS TO HELP INDIVIDUALS UNLOCK THEIR FULL POTENTIAL THROUGH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TRAINING. EACH TRAINING REGIMEN PROGRAM IS DESIGNED BY DANIEL VOUTSAS TO MAXIMIZE YOUR GROWTH AND SUCCESS.

MEET THE FOUNDER
ALOHA! MY NAME IS DANIEL PŌHAKU VOUTSAS, AND MY ATHLETIC JOURNEY BEGAN AT THE AGE OF EIGHT AS A GYMNAST. I EXCELLED IN THE SPORT, EARNING MULTIPLE GOLD MEDALS IN COMPETITION. THIS EARLY SUCCESS IGNITED MY PASSION FOR COMPETITION, LEADING ME TO TRACK AND FIELD DURING HIGH SCHOOL, ALONGSIDE MY CROSSFIT TRAINING. THROUGHOUT THIS JOURNEY, I DISCOVERED MY ULTIMATE GOAL: TO COMPETE AT THE CROSSFIT GAMES. AFTER HIGH SCHOOL, I RECEIVED A FULL ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP TO MENLO COLLEGE, WHERE I PURSUED OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING. MY PROGRESS IN TRAINING WAS SWIFT AND PROMISING, BUT I FACED A SIGNIFICANT SETBACK WITH A CRITICAL DISC EXTRUSION AT L4, L5, AND S1. MULTIPLE SURGEONS TOLD ME I WOULD NEVER WALK AGAIN, BUT I KNEW THIS WAS NOT THE END OF MY STORY.
